I brought in my printer about a month ago, and was told that I would receive a quote in 4-5 business days. 3 weeks later, I was called to say the quote would come, which it did not. 2 weeks after that no quote and my printer is still not fixed. I’ve come back to fetch it and they had no remorse or way to help me.

Secondly, PartServe does not adhere to their proposed repair timelines, leaving customers dissatisfied. Additionally, promised follow-up communication is often not fulfilled. Fortunately, there are alternative companies that offer reliable services for those in need.

I purchased an item from the Partserv online store. The item arrived but was not as per the advertised spec. I contacted support and was advised to return the item for a refund.Over a month have passed and after numerous emails I am still struggling to get the refund finalized.

I can't complain about the service for there is non. I don't recommend them for there is no communication. Im trying to find out where my printer is, and they would've call back... and never did.
