the first time i had the best experience but now honestly I'm just disappointed with there service. I'm recommended so many friends and people to bnt and the last person i recommended was taken advantage of, he sent an air gun in your repairs and has been waiting 4 months, come on guys that makes me look bad since i recommend him to go there, i live 45 minutes away from you guys but i still take the trip because i preferred to go to you guys, just to let you know that will be the last time i tell someone about bnt, please fix my issue and ill maybe reconsider

Bad service. Booked in a self defence air gun for repairs, and was told it will be ready in 2 weeks. No feedback after this time, and after a month I went to the shop, to be told they are waiting for parts. One month after this, without any feedback, I called the store to enquire. This time I was told they are waiting for a container to be cleared with the parts. I said I cant wait anymore and need a replacement. I then received a call the same day saying the gun is ready to be collected. When I arrived at the store, they gave me the wrong gun, and after a disagreement with the employee, they eventually found my gun

Tell your sales staff to stop clicking on other company's PAID google ads to promote your business and sending me a WhatsApp on my personal number! If you cant spend your own money on proper marketing campaigns then don't market at all!

Service is resly slow gafe in my rifle on 3 march havent resiver any details abt the gun or the repair called 5 times now and the say we will call me back every time there is n difrent probleme they have bad atitudes and dont want to help the cleint say there is a back log on repears and that thay use 1 repair centre for 15 difrend bnt but not 1 of tge outher bnt have this back log probleme so if colected the gun 21may its been repared thay say but this is how the gun looks inside

The staff was very informative, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking to buy equipment in a comfortable and humorous environment.P.S if you're a female looking for some help for better defense, definitely recommend you going there, hence their staff really is helpful.

Best airsoft and more weaponry shop in South Africa. The People of the store are very nice, extremely helpful and offers top service quality and knows every thing about airsoft gear/guns and other weapons .Its worth it just to have a look around when your in Menlyn mall. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
