Impossible to get reliable service. Been struggling for some time with erratic internet. Tickets are unattended to and communicating with them is near impossible. No one ever follows up or resolve the issue. Something seriously gone wrong since I joined. Used to be good, now atrocious

They do not comply with POPI laws. We have requested numerous times that they remove us from their SMS database. I have logged tickets and even phoned them. They do not have an opt-out link and no matter how patiently I have asked them to remove us, the simply ignore all requests.We will NOT be using this company for any of our future needs.

I have not used them for many years. It’s literally impossible to opt-out of their regular network status messages. They do not have an opt-out link and even after numerous requests via email they simply ignore my request to remove me from future communications.I have warned them in my last email that unless they finally remove me from their database I will post this negative review. No response and just got another status update from them now.

Very bad customer service, false information and false promises.Customer service don't want to cancel the application even though they failed to activate the fiber and provide service, eventually online chat agent Sally ended the chat suddenly as she doesn't want to handle my request!Update: Issue was solved only after I visited their branch in fourways and they responded immediately next day in the morning, router delivery was quick as well.3 stars for the delay and customer service handling.

Misusing the Rain network to take advantage of unsuspecting users. Got a 0.9mbs download speed from then them whole day. If you do speed tests and see Cipher Wave just restart your router and hope that you connect to somone better.
