I took the TEF twice here. The second time (to ensure C1 throughout) had computer problems at the beginning with the Listening, the test froze. A redo was quickly organised within an hour, but I received the results of the test that was stopped (scoring only 5 correct answers). Staff on the day was nice, but after complaining and months of waiting, nothing was done to correct the scores. A waste of money and time.

The best place to learn French and Portuguese in Pretoria. Events are organised regularly, to enrich the learning experience, and to help discover more than just a language. Learn and meet new people.

We too chose this institution for our son to learn French. While having lessons it was great. However to get the results of a class exam that was done in November of 2021 has been a nightmare. We have spoken to reception. Sent text messages to the responsible teacher asking for the mark and have still not received them. Please remember that we paid for this course and I am sure we should be getting our results. Can anyone from Alliance please assist us. 23 June reply to you. Why don't you phone me to find out why I gave such a poor review. Even in your answer you have not been told the full story and it is clearly not a priority for you to find out.
