Very nice supermarket, small but has everything you need. Service is good and staff are helpful. Has a large parking area. Next to a hardware store and close to the myciti bus station. A walk around the corner is PNA bookstore.

Always find what I'm looking for and the manager is always on the floor and assisting. Easy parking and never had to stand in a long queue at the tills

It was great to finally have Shoprite so close during the first days it was absolutely clean and friendly service now it has changed its like no one cares anymore I'm sure it may be the clientele that has increased but the negligence is obvious. I walked in today 1 Dec 2022 I could smell the off meats by the door. The ques were ridiculous only 4 tills were in use the rest were just lying there and were taking forever... The isles were littered with product wrap or huge cages filled with product. The standards has certainly dropped.

If waiting on a money center for over 30 minutes while there are no customers on the till and you call that a customer service, then the store doesn't even deserve a single star...wost experience I've ever had in shoprites...no explanation nothing ..it's pathetic

The place is okay, it could use with some cleaning and proper shelves space. It's crowded but you can get all the basics you'll need.

I'm very regular at this shoprite store i shop there almost everyday but yesterday i was very disappointed i bought bacon the bacon had a very fine smell unfortunately i cooked it all and I only realized it when we were eating it in the evening i had to throw it away coz the smell wasn't good at all

Definitely room for improvement. Slow qeues with only a couple of tills open. Not very clean and mice are running around everywhere. Variety is good though.
