This rating is based on your customer support. Recently specifically support no 16, Ronald and support no 29. Walter was initially great and quick with a simple problem but when it came to more complex problems they just ignore the messages. I cannot in good faith recommend this company based on your poor service.

Might as well be labeled as a scam. As per the website the adhere to the consumer protection act. Yet when trying to return the incorrect item which was R18 000.00 within the 7 days in its original packaging. April's response is your attorney can send a letter" and then blocks your phone number. People like this should be made to stop doing business in this country"

Edit to the response:At no point was there said there is no stock of the film only that there was one machine left that was a demo unit left.Prove to me the communication that there was no stock of the film before I ordered and pay and I will retract my review.I wish I could have left a positive review but, sadly it is not the case. 5 Years ago I had great service from AM but, things seem to have changed.Seeing as I had a great experience previously, I had no hesitation on ordering a film cutter and 4 packs of film AM offers. I paid and when I collected, only the cutter was available and was told the film will be couriered to me. Not a problem as I could wait a few days. When the film arrived, only two packs showed up. I asked about the remaining stock and they advised another package is coming that contained only one pack. Now all of a sudden they do not have stock of the last pack after weeks of poor feedback.Unfortunately I can't even start making any screen protectors and my clients are awaiting the full pack and one of the types are the ones that was out of stock. If this was communicated earlier, I would have been able to managed expectations. Now I am sitting with a machine that I can't use with a license that is valid for 1 year but no output and no indication when the issue will be resolved as there is no ETA on stock.The lack of stock also poses a risk for the future of this business as I can only get the stock from AM...I have offered to take everything back for a full refund but, this request has been ignored.I am highly disappointed in the treatment and lack of communication and stock availability after me as a customer paid in full, upfront in full.

This was the best service i received up to date from any business.had a problem with my vinyl cutter.i took a chance to go to the Montague gardens branch .and see if someone can help .was expecting a few days .but 5 hrs later the technician send me a message to say its all good to go.a big thanks to the technician.thank you very much AM.CO.ZA team Montague gardens

I had never heard of this company until they started spamming me daily trying to advertise heat presses and printing machines, all the things in the world I never signed up to get emails about. They don't respond when I ask where they got my details or why they are spamming me. This method of advertising has makes your brand look like a scam.They have responded by posting someone's phone number? Wow.

Aftersales is a nightmare, when ur equipment has a fault and u need support, it's highly unlikely you will ever be assisted. I learned this after I bought a UV Large Format printer, it stood for 2months after it was installed, see my JHB branch review

Still the AM branch in Jetpark did nothing to accommodate me with training paid went there for training no one at the branch new i'm there for training sit there for more than an half hour after i went up to sales and request they said someone will come and see me wait another halve hour just so that someone come and tell me they didn't no i' m there for training as from 18/8/2022 no one care to help me want to refund me but do not want to send someone out to come and train me at my premises i will keep on sending bad reviews till they come and help me

I was in a jam the first time I used my plotter, which also coincided with a customer's deadline. Ronald helped me remotely from installing the necessary software, adjusting the settings and talking me through my first big cutting job. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to deliver on my promise to the client , the same way AM delivered on its promise to me. Ronald was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to provide service excellence!!!
