Horrible service. If you need electricity in an emergency situation these guys are useless. Can't even arrange to buy the prepaid via banking apps. Nobody ever answers the phones and even when they do the employees have a nasty attitude both over the phone and in person at the overport branch. Thoroughly don't recommend these people!

The ladies at the Ims overport branch are very rude. They don't have any manners or pride in which they speak to their customers , nor are they friendly or interested in helping customers properly. They have a pathetic attitude and don't go the extra mile for customers in emergency situations, but rather poorly the most pathetic and insincere attitude. Very disappointing.
