Very nice clean tidy store..lots of birds rabbits hamsters lots of different varieties of fish..and pet accessories...very helpful knowledgeable staff..little bit pricy but good quality..well done.

you will find me here every time I visit the Chatsworth centereven if you aren't going to buy a pet , the store is well worth visiting ,with a varying range of fresh water fish you can find anything from fishbowls to start up tanks to huge display tanks for the professional hobbyistwhen I recently started my aquarium and I was able to find all the decorations ,lighting , tanks , filters Food and most importantly the right fish (Guppies)now I have another small tank with a Betta(Siamese Fighter)Pricing is a bit steep sometimes , but if you want Quality then price should not be an issuethe owner also gets a range of Birds from Ring necks to African greysand the occasional thorough bred puppiesthere's also a small weapons display , air rifles, swords if you're a collector of such items

Staff advised wrong fish food. Wanted sinking food and they gave me floating worms. Keep their betta fish in very poor conditions(animal cruelty). Do not support them

I took my African grey to have his wings clipped. The ladies that did clip his wings have done so incorrectly. I now am sitting with R2895 vet bill bec of this as the landing feathers were also clipped off. I did call in to explaining that i don't want anything besides acknowledgement so this doesn't happen again to anyone but it was just thrown aside. My birds feathers will now take at least a year to grow back because incorrectly clipped caused plucking.
