What is the point of building 5 tills in the Dispensary, when there are at any given time only 2 persons working???Customer service is a joke

I went there to get my 15 year old daughter's prescription. We went to the doctor today and she was diagnosed with depression. When we got there no explanation was given on what medication is used for what or how we should ise it. I am already in a state because of my daughter's condition. When we opened the bag we didn't recognize any of the names of the medication given as to descussed with our dr. We went back and asked sincerely whether there was a mistake with the medication given and was attacked by the pharmacist Lurine, telling me no mistake was made and that I should talk to my dr if I have questions. This was already a upsetting day and she just made it worse for me.

Clicks has recently made the store bigger and added a pharmacy. Their stock has increased, their store is clean, and their staff is generally friendly. The pharmacist who helped me, Chane, was both helpful and sympathetic.
