Not even worth 1 star. The place the understaffed. Staff is out of options when they self dont understand whats going on.Their wifi is absolutely pathetic. Amd really now who puts a table on a waiting benvh. Stupid construction plans. It was most probably one ofthe staff that designed it.t

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! avoid this absa at all cost unless you have Loads of time to wast. I arrived just when they opened at 08:30 only got out a hour later. And this just to get a new card. Almost felt like fainting for the amount of time I tood there while the lady assistanted me and said it's her PC then the system. My gosh I don't know how the elderly survive if this is the service you give. I was ready to compaine to the Manger but by the time I was done I was done :( either employ more staff members or get another branch manager. Shocking I am surprised this branch is open and opperating at all. Thumbs down!

We came on a Saturday to give someone power of attorney over an account. Got put in a queue out the door. Ended up waiting 2 hours to get to the *single* teller working the customer service section.When does ABSA think the working class has time to go to the bank? During the work week? - no. It’s the weekend, on top of being poorly staffed, they close at 12AM on a Saturday, then are closed on a Sunday.Illogical and BAD service.

Shocking service. Sitting in a queue of only 10 or so people but I’ve been here for over two hours. There is only 1 person working at the customer service counter on a Saturday?! How ridiculous. When are regular, working class individuals supposed to go to the bank? Seriously Absa, think for just 5 minutes.Don’t waste your time. Bank with somebody else.

Always waiting for half an hour. When you get to the front, I was told that I was at the wrong line and must go to the the assistants. Nobody there to help when you enter the branch.

I thought there was something wrong with their systems when I came to this branch over a month ago. Same thing and even worse today. Over 45minutes wait with only 3 people in front of me last month. Today we’ve been here for an hour and 15minutes the consultants are still with the same people. This is pathetic and they should change their ways of doing work.

The most terrible bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Service was absolutly ridiculous. Will not recommend absa bank to any new students. Understaffed to the tea.

Absolutely the worst ABSA branch every. We where asked to fica our home loan or they wil freeze the account so we went in. We had to wait for 30min before you get help cause only one person in the branch can do that. Then there was a line behinds us cause there is only 1 ather person to help but there is 4 People plus the manager standing around doing nothing.ABSA has the worst client service I habe ever seen. When it was our turn the lady could not accept my drivers licence as proof of identity cause she can only use an ID. Absolutely useless.I cancelled all my accounts with ABSA and move to another back.
