5 Star Customer Service. We ordered our bed on the eleventh second and it was made and delivered same day. Bear in mind the following morning after our first night sleep in our new bed we discovered the mattress was a bit to firm for us and before we could even phone the store to let them know, they called us first to ask if we like our new bed. And upon letting them know about the mattress they offered to change it for us with no extra costs. Within 20min they were at our estate to pick up the mattress and 2 hours later our new mattress was delivered. And we're so happy with the new mattress. It's precisely what we were looking for.
