First impressions, the store was neat and clean. Marco skillfully took all the components out of my Macbook Pro to get to my faulty keyboard due to small bugs attracted by the light. He had it fixed and cleaned the same day for a very reasonable price. I have previously taken my laptop to the iStore only to have them sent it away for weeks at a time at an excruciating rate. I am happy that I found a reliable store with excellent service.

My sales experience was so horrible. I went to the store over a month ago seeking assistance with a battery for my laptop. They promised to get back to me within the week, which didn't happen. I then told them I'll call them in two weeks time to see if they have managed to find the battery and to my surprise they didn't know what I was talking about. They then asked me for my battery details again which I furnished them with. A month down the line they still have not assisted me, or are not keen to assist me. Nonetheless if the sales experience is this bad I can only imagine the actual repair work. I wouldn't reccomend them based on the service experience I received. An entire month just to order a laptop battery and don't even bother getting back to a client.

My new phone went 'swimming' in my handbag when a bottle of water leaked. Based on Google reviews, I approached the iTech Repairs team and was blown away by their professional and empathetic service. Sadly, the motherboard was already in motherboard heaven and despite trying all sorts of options, Marco wasn't able to resuscitate the device. This is no reflection on them, they couldn't have been more helpful and I highly recommend iTech Repairs for their service. They are now in my 'little black book' of fixing wizards for phones.
