This was bought from Vodacom Knysna-Body Glove Lite Plus Bluetooth Earphones. Recently bought this item. Discovered after 3 × use that the cap covering the wiring went missing - rendering this product useless. What a waste of money!

I went in to downgrade my contract at the end of the term. It didn't happen and I continued to be billed at higher rate. They blame Vodacom but never reply to emails nor come back. Perhaps it it is the person that I dealt with but not a credit to the shop.

I personally don't find the staff at this outlet very knowledgeable when it comes to helping customers with resetting phone settings ...only one technical person available.

The shop/assistants andtechnicians need to read the own blurb on their website regarding how they handle customers. I find them unhelpful, still haven't solved my problem of a sim card connection...in fact has anyone even tried to deal with Vodacom online or in a Vodacom shop...deplorable service!

Appalling service. Dropped my phone in water, took it to Knysna Vodacom to be sent for repairs. 1 month, no update. Called George to enquire about repair and they had returned it to the Knysna store, 2 weeks after I gave it to them. I asked for the report to be emailed to me for insurance, they sent it to the wrong email address. Went into the shop to collect the phone and o one could find it. Waited 30 minutes while they worked out they had re-sent it to George for repairs. They promised to get it back and inform me when it arrived. They called, I went in AGAIN and no one could find the handset...a never ending headache...
