My car was in an accident that hit the front centre of my car. With insurance, this place was recommended so I took my car, got a quote quickly and was well-communicated with about the waiting for parts and what not. That was all great, but then, two days after I picked it up, I check my water and everything was pouring out the bottom so have to take it back because they completely missed that my radiator had been hit, but if you truly examined the car, even after the initial evaluation and saw this, surely they would have communicated with me and gone back to insurance, but no. Then with this second repair, they all the sudden became very quite, it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to communicate with me and update me and the whole time there was absolutely no responsibility taken for the lack of assessment and blamed on insurance. Then their mechanic wanted to take advantage of the time I was nicely giving them instead of just getting it done and over with.Truthfully, I do not trust their work or assessments and the fact that after the wrong was done, there was terrible communication and no responsibility on their part taken for their negligence.

I took my vehicle in for minor repairs to the the rear bumper. I am exceptionally pleased with the repairs carried. The professionalism of the staff is something I also cannot fault them on. Thank you so much Auto Gallery. Will definately recommend your services to my friends.

Hi, my vehicle was booked in seamlessly. Service from Monti , front desk and Ernest, transport co-ordinator was faultless. My vehicle was also repaired a week before the estimated completion date...unheard of good service. On collection of the vehicle, all was in order and the repairshop Manager further enhanced the experience. Regards

More than a panel beater! They run a clean shop and deliver really excellent service every time. We have used them for over 15 years.

Took my car in for an insurance repair and was told to book in the car on the 7th of February after the inspection was done and the quote was sent to insurance and approved. I asked when the car was dropped off how long the repairs would take and was told 7-14 days. On Tuesday I had to call because I got an sms once in a blue moon saying the car is in panel beater bay and nothing seemed to be happening. I had to call to find out they miss quoted and now there are extra parts that need to be ordered after a massive fight I was finally given an eta of the 23rd of march so from 2 weeks to almost 2 months because the quote was not done correctly. This is extremely bad service and now here I sit having to spend huge amounts of money on rentals thanks to this inaccuracy. Never use these guys again

The service and attention to detail was fantastic. Great service and very friendly and attentive a staff. Would definitely go back again. (Update - 01/06/2021) The light that went missing on the driver's side was replaced at no additional cost to myself, so a very professional company that is easy to work with and will go above and beyond for you. Also a special thanks to Ryan for being easy to work with and attentive to issues even after the work was done.

Nice place but overly expensive would not recommend... unreasonable pricing

From the assessment through to the final repair Auto Gallery were excellent. Smooth & friendly check-in, sms updates as to vehicle repair progress and vehicle sign-out by the branch manager - really excellent service!
