FERRE

If there was an option to rate 0,i wouldve done it, cause Ferre don't deserve even 1 star. Bought a 4 plate Ferre stove from Fair price Dobsonville in September 2021,still today I did not get help for the fact that the stoves 4 plates only worked for 1 day and then it just stopped 2 plates right hand not working, I've used 2 plate ever since then, Ferre have no contact details you can get hold of them with,the stove have 2 hear warranty, Fair price as company is useless never get back to me ive been going back to to get reply almost 25 times after I've called fair price Dobsonville, the sales man who helped me Mathebula end up becoming rude, when I ask him to help me cause he already hot the sale of me buying the stove, I canceled the washing machine laybye I had with them.Fairprice Dobsonville is as clueless about how to get hold of Ferre and ask me as a customer to help them, they are about to cut ties with Ferre, but they can't even get back to me.Ferre is scam dont buy they product, Fair price also said they only have offices overseas but you see them online having a Durban office..

i bought the 4 plate electrical stove and i was working ok for 2 month from there none of the plates are working, fairprice is clueless on how or where to get frere contacts details. this is a useless product especially electricals
