Disorganised and inefficient, with no clear supervision. Staff spend too much time chatting, wondering around, leaning on cars and awning poles than actually doing the job paid for. Well over an hour to from the time they start washing to driving off .... This is my third and last visit. Previous visits were the same or worse, but I thought I’d give them a fair chance.

Very disappointed, Bantam bakkie, they didn't even clean, or dust or vacuum the back ,...I have a canopy, I had to ask them to clean the interior windows of canopy.The interior front of bakkie they vacuumed, but they don't have nozzle to fit in the tite corners, my 79yr old mother could have done a better vacuum job.... I will never use their service again.... And it's not as if they were busy, I was the only vehicle their....

Waited about an hour and a half. Friday afternoon, got there around 3:30pm.Started coming here again recently, has been a name change. A few good improvements noticed, including the tap and go card payment facility, clear menu and pricelist board prominently displayed. Staff friendly, happy and efficient.
