We commissioned Alan to make a bunk bed for our kids in 2022 and paid a deposit of R15000. Months later, after countless follow ups and phone calls/messages being ignored, I physically went the workshop in Waterfall to see what work has been done. Nothing was even close to done, so I cancelled the order and asked him to pay us our deposit back. He promised to do so, but never did, until we got the police involved and he partly paid R5000 of it back. I am now, 2 months later again, still waiting for the balance. I will now continue with my police case of theft against this business. So tread carefully when you commission them for work.

Order not delivered, despite 60% of Invoice pd. No refund offered either.
