ORIGINAL REVIEW (See UPDATE below)Pricing was average but execution and after sales back up was not good at all. They weren't able to get the correct run off levels on my driveway which resulted in a pool of standing water after it rained. The gully box that they constructed was left full of tar with no way of lifting the grid without damaging the surrounding tar. I sent through pictures of the pooled water after it rained but they didn't respond. I guess I will have to live with a large pool of water in the middle of my driveway after it rains that leaves a big sand patch after it dries.UPDATEConway contacted me on 20 February 2019. We met on site two days later and a solution to the problem was proposed. A crew was on site within a week and a section of tar was removed to readjust the levels and get water to flow instead of pooling. Runoff was tested with a hose but the test will be when it rains.At the end of the day a breakdown in communication was the issue. If Conway had responded to my message or if I had phoned him instead of sending a message this probably would all have been resolved earlier.I have changed my initial rating from one to three stars.
