House in the market since last year Oct. An offer was made but Agent did not follow thru. Jan signed Open mandate. Just to find out it says sole mandate with a condition all agents have to work thru THE ALLEGIANCE AGENT. A offer was pending which did not get approved by the Bank. Whist offer pending all other potential buyers was not introduced to the house. This is very bad code of conduct. I advertised the house myself and sold it myself in just 4 days. Now Allegiance do not want to cancel the mandate and will still take 6 % commission,they said the will do my client sale his is so unfair.when you ask something on what's up you are answered late. Read before you sign. Be carefully and only sign a 1 month mandate to first experience their service. Team Lopes I'm disgusted how I am treated.

UPDATE!! The owner of the business , Julian Cornofsky contacted me and issued a formal apology on his behalf and I was told that the agent in question will also be apologizing to me formally. He also said that disciplinary action will be taken not only with the agent, but with all of the agents at the agency to ensure it never happens again. I appreciate the communication and apology from Julian, and feel that he will be taking matters seriously. I'm glad that I could bring more awareness to a company that has predominantly male employees on how to handle a situation and how to respect women and people in the future. Thank you friends for all the support.I am DISGUSTED and I feel so so violated after this estate agent ( Masego Morake) forced his way into my home after having made an appointment with my fiance for tomorrow. In South Africa, and the world we live I today, I dont feel comfortable having a man I dont know in my home whilst I'm alone without my fiance at home with me. He guilted me after repeatedly being told no by both myself, my estate agent and my fiance. I did not give him access into the gate of the complex, so I'm still wondering what he said to the security guards at the gate when he arrived to gain access. This whole situation has me so upset. He was so UNPROFESSIONAL and I feel like he was intrusive and I feel like I was taken advantage of.

So much to complain about it's not even funny would not recommend anyone to buy a house through them. Took two days just for an OTP to be emailed to us.. that was the start.

Rental agents are terrible, don't respond on whastapp to availability of a property atleast they could say no it's not available but instead they leave you blue ticked and one of them blocked me. Scary
