I would recommend avoiding FibreGeeks. They are utterly useless - expect to experience major outages for hours without explanation and without being able to contact anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely useless!!! They take 48 business hours to resolve any issue you have. Which person in this day and age goes without internet for so long. People work but clearly fiber geeks does not work. They will end up costing you 6 days of work!!! I wish I could change from ever using them. Also they have such a small cap on their internet speed and no intention of increasing it. You don’t deserve to do this job.

Great turnaround time for my Fibre installation, placed an order on Monday Fibre was installed within 2 days l, technicians went over and above by mentioning the need of extra data points as well as a UPS for the loadshedding... Thanks Geeks

If you have the choice AVOID FIBRE GEEKS!!There is no service over weekends should an issue come up meaning Monday is your only hope and even then factor in 48h turnaround time. Working from home is the most horrible experience thanks to FibreGeeks.They blame the ISP for everything even when the issue is clearly on their end.If i could give them zero stars i would.Pathetic!!! They target complexes whereby tenants cant change to other fibre providers so they pretty much have you at the balls and they know this.

If I could give 0 stars or less I would. We have been without internet for 2 days now because my ISP cannot pick up an IP address. Fiber geeks came to resolve the issue yesterday but it's still not working. Today they tell me they can only come fix it at 2pm. I spoke to the team leader as this is unacceptable as I need to work at 8am, and he told me he would try squeeze us in earlier but cannot promise anything. Then proceeded to tell me that I am not their client and that their client is my ISP provider and that they have SLAs with the ISP and they are still within their SLA agreement... Yet I am the one that is charged their call out fee, and I am the one that is inconvenienced by this.

Our fibre was installed by Fibre Geeks a few years ago. We used an ISP that they work closely with, and recently decided to change ISP's to Web Africa. We were sent a router as part of the package with Wweb Africa, which we battled for 3 days to set up with the Web Africa support team on their ridiculous Whatsapp based support portal. Their team of support agents, as much as they did try help us, were completely ineffectual and couldnt resolve our issue. In desperation, I contacted Fibre Geeks, to see if they could help, eventhough the issue wasn't theirs. Gerhard and Emil both contacted me and were able to sort our issue out with some very simple instructions. I would like to thank Fibre Geeks, and Gerhard and Emil for their outstanding service and support. Great job guys!!!

Amazing company. The customer service is off the chart. The longest I've ever been on hold is like 4 minutes and I've never in a year had problems that lasted over an hour.The geek team is always willing to help and sort problems out. Together with get wiza they are a brilliant team.
