The worst company I have ever had to deal with, If I could give this a zero star I would. Serge and alex were unproffessional, unorganized extaustionaists.I was one member of a group of ten hired as labour for a project 4 hours east from Perth. Hired through an independent recruiter and most of us desperate for money we engaged into a contract ready for site the next day. We were told that we had camping arrangements with transport to site and none of the sort was pre orgnaised and we were left clueless with no company contact for guidance. Upon arrival to site the contractor and security staff employed by Alfa had no idea who we were, alarm bells start ringing. After two days of trying to understand what it is we are doing here we realised that the project was completely different to the contract we signed. Having to work 13 days on 1 day off at 12 hours a day, compared to our upto 60hrs mon-fri agreement. All whist being underpaid by -$14 an hour compared to equivalent labour hire staff. We then finally got some representatives from alpha to meet and explain the poor situation we were put in. Alex and Serge played dumb to the fact that they were extaushioning us and when we tried to negotiate terms applicable to site they tried to charge us nearly $800 each (x10) for a new contract which was absurd and came with zero reasoning. Now knowing how these people do business I had to resign and did so to contract. They then dramatically underpaid me because Serge was upset that some people left, even though it was a week by week contract and having fully fulfilled my role. Having already built a rapour with other teams on site, I then learnt that griffin alfa tried to recruit more people for the site to replace us. Unfortunately, these poor people were refused entry to the site because of the dealings of extausion and poor organisation griffin alpha has towards business.

I have used Griffon Alpha's services twice now and been pleased with the reliable security which they have provided. I will not hesitate to hire them in the future and happily recommend their services to others.

They are always available, nothing is too much trouble and they have bent over backwards to help us as a company and me as an individual. No problem is too big (or too small). These guys are without doubt one of the best companies I deal with. 6 Stars!!!

Completely useless. We hired them for a 21st and they did nothing for the whole night while glasses were being smashed against walls, they just sat outside and had a chat by themselves. Worst of all they left before any of the guests had departed .Would not recommend to anyone.

Had two of the security guards attend a private party. Was relieved and relaxed the moment they arrived. For the peace of mind and the service they provided the money was definitely well spent. Great service. Polite and friendly.

Poor workers working on 15$ cash. Reviews provided about the company is all done by their own employees. No proper roster is provided to the employees and calls are made on hours notice. Pay is paid on monthly basis and even after a month , pay gets late for 10 to 15 days. Poor management and very poor and non professional attitude towards their employees. No growth,progressive and professional grooming structure which leads to the exploitation of needy employees who are students and work to pay their fees.
