Had the worst experience in the entire time owning a vehicle. Had to take a huge loan in order to repair my car, and got my car back after a week. My car was rattling/ vibrating from the gearbox/clutch of which I had informed them and they told me to drive it as is till tomorrow. Then on my way home, my cables from my gearstick came loose and I hade no way of putting my car in gear. Couldn't get a hold of anyone as they have no afterhours number available. Not to mention that they didnt even wash my motor.

I took my vehicle one year ago to this workshop and are still struggling to get my car back due to the fact that the parts manager refuse to release my car after numerous attempts to pay for the work that has already been done. Storage fees has been charged.

Not good experience,took my car for a heater to be fixed bu the car came with a different fault. i told them there was a problem with the car as you drive it sometimes needs to accelerate more, they checked and said i should take the car to a gearbox specialist, when i took my car it was driving fine and never had a problem with a starter, now its dead it doesn't wanna start at all,. They are now denying the fact that there is something that they did to my car as they claim they only worked on the radiator nothing else. I'm not going there anymore.

Not good experience,took my car for a service and oil leak.They phoned me and told me my car has more oul leaks one of which they fixed previously.Got my car back after the service with dirt oil marks on sides of car and on headlights.When i got home engine was smoking from excess oil.Car had a new scratch on bumper..The first time they worked on my car it also came back with a scratch.

Pathetic service!! Vehicle has been at BNS for almost 4 months now. They never phone you with an update and when you phone them and speak to them there is always a new problem which takes forever to fix. Tired of all their stories. Once they have your money, your vehicle is not a priority anymore and just become something they fit inbetween their other jobs.
