So beautiful and relaxing, the rooms are so nice and good to relax. It's situated in town but not inside CBD it's good and peacefully.

We were refered and booked here by an establishment about 2km away due to a mishap in our booking from our original place. The service we received from the receptionist by the name of Chris was shocking to say the least. He confirmed two rooms were available due to a possible cancellation however turned out only one. He was not forth coming in assisting with a solution and the worse part he did not call Sharol from Rabbionis to advise of the mishap...he was like with what airtime. Clearly he needs to be assisted in handling such situations and not behave in such a manner in front of customers.
