Great service! Those 2 people that rated this 1 star are full of it. Please don't give any attention to their reviews. The one Deidré never even serviced, and the other couldn't make up her mind and was unprofessional for a long period of time. This is the best service and an amazing life time memory comes out of the wait. It is amazing what she does. She gives people hope of passing on memories for generations. To those who are ungrateful for what she does, just know I am proud to call her MOM and even though I'm young I can spot bs a mile away and those two people are full of it and they should feel ashamed!

I have been waiting for the last 10 months for feedback on my item. I was told at maximum 6 months due to the closure over December and January. The wait is normally 4 months but if I could just add 2 months for year end shut down. I have been patient now when I ask where my item is that I paid in full for up front I get ignored. All I ask is for communication as to what the delay is and ignored. Messages and phone calls are constantly ignored.

Myself and my mother inlaw had moulds done of my baby boy the 1st of August 2022.We were told 6 months max waiting period.October I, the customer, had to message to find out what the progress is of my moulds as well as my mother inlaws... I get told waiting for feedback from a factory that she will let me know.I never heard anything, and I asked again in January as the lack of communication towards your customers is absolutely terrible.It's now February, almost 7 months later, no moulds, paid for in full before she would even start my order, and here I sit waiting for feedback... Being ignored via my messages.If I knew this was the service I would've received, I would've done it myself.It takes a car factory a shorter period of time to build a car from scratch than for one person to make cement moulds of hands and feet.... Very disappointed

Let’s start with the positive, with arrival she was very friendly and the final product (haven’t seen it personally as I need to wait for a lift) but on photos it looks very good! Happy with it! Although what I don’t feel worth the money is, is the long wait and lack of communication and bit of attitude.I’ve made molds of my baby boy in October 2022. Period that were given were 3 months after 3 months I’ve heard nothing I’ve asked her and was told that they were delayed due to loadshedding which I get loadshedding delays a lot of services but it takes nothing to keep your clients up to date. In March I’ve paid for the frame work, again after a long wait I’ve asked again for feedback as I get no communication whatsoever. Finally, the product were ready for collection on the 29th of May, again I’ve asked. It is disappointing to know that the client needs to ask every time for feedback I was never kept up to date with the progress and when I finally snapped I got attitude as well. Until the end it didn’t feel like she went out of her way or got better with the communication!I can recommend her because of the quality of her work but not with the communication and effort during the process. If you are not in a hurry and are prepared to wait for months and doing the communication with a lot of patience from your end you can definitely make use of her service. If it wasn’t for the lack of communication and to keep me updated during the process I would’ve given her a five star. The quality of her work is worth the money, not sure about the wait but I am satisfied with the product. Thank you.
