The reception area is cold and almost 'old school'... We were greeted robotically. We came to visit the EDUCATIONAL Psychologist. The staff were excellent, however the offices are very weird and clinical. I would suggest a make over is VERY overdue. Not a lick of paint...but as psychologists etc you would think the environment would be more 'comfortable/relaxed/welcoming/open'. I felt boxes in and like I was visiting my Ouma back in the retirement homes.However they did their job with excellence and went above and beyond but you do need to wrap your mind around your first impressions as you watch yourself walk into the office through mirror Windows etc.They almost so good they have forgotten about the furniture perhaps. So don't worry about the weird setting, the staff are great.
