Hi, I am a regular customer at Lambton I buy pizza’s EVERY Friday without fail. One would think that staff will know their customers… That White girl taking orders is blady rude. I placed my order today, and instead of sitting inside to wait I was in my car. When I went back to collect my order she just yelled at me that she’s taking orders and I should make my way to the back of the line even before I can hand my slip for collection.Rather rude… considering if I don’t keep supporting your business she wouldn’t have a job to go to. She obviously then made an utter fool of herself and I chose to hold my breath.I may come across as just a person up and about but I run a business as well.

I would have normally given this branch a 5 star rating. Unfortunately they have changed the people taking the orders. When I arrived the one woman was on the phone taking a order from someone. While I was waiting for my pizza's she blatantly lied to 3 people and said the phones are not working...Same woman when taking my order has absolutely no interest in actually been there to have work. I had to repeat my order... no lies... 8 times... including having to tell her to add extra garlic 3 times to the pizzas.So if you get her then be prepared for frustration.Otherwise they still make the best pizza at this branch in my opinion. Always fresh, hot and delicious!!!!!

Placed an order via MrD in the evening and noticed that it was taking longer than usual for my order to be picked up. Contacted the restaurant to follow up on my order, only for their staff to tell me that “As Romans we do not deliver after 8pm but MrD does, please contact them”.First of all, is it not the restaurants responsibility to inform MrD that the customers order is delayed, so that MrD can inform me as the customer? Had to drive to the restaurant to follow up on this (which defeats the whole point for delivery).Only to get attitude from your staff claiming they do not deliver after 8pm… Again why is that my problem as a customer..Wasted time, energy and petrol because of incompetence, lack of accountability and generally poor customer service.. PATHETIC!!!!

Can thin base be a thin base. We can’t be having thick bases while we requested Thin. This makes me wonder how a thick base look like. Please ask Romans Parklands how they they thin their bases.

NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!! MY CHILDREN GOT FOOD POISENED . MY SELF AND HUBBY SAT ON THE TOILET HOLE NIGHT LONG NEXT DAY HAD TO SEE A DR JUST TO GET MEDS FOR ALL OF US . NOT FIRST TIME ITS HAPPENED BY LAMBTON ROMANS .SOMETIMES WRING WITH FOOD OLD MYABE I HAVE NO IDEA

Worse service ever, in one day.... Today I bought beef n cheese pizza pie, I got beef favour.... Which I did not order. I went again around 19:30 I bought beef n cheese pizza pie and I repeated the flavor because I wanted to make sure I will get exactly what I wanted. When I got home I found cheese n tomato sauce with few beef pieces in the pie. I can't drive back because its already late. I don't trust lambton Roman's pizz anymore and I am so annoyed.
