Been using these guys for years now....I like what I get from them...very reliable and I personally recommend them

Sent my thrift laundry , next morning it was delivered ironed ,packed neatly and smelling very nice , sneakers sparkling✨️ clean . These guys can be trusted and am also looking forward to keep on using their services .

Initially I raved about there service but on my 3rd usage my experience completely changed. I used to select a mixture of laundry and dry cleaning, fully aware dry cleaning was a price premium and fine with that, until one of the items I sent for dry cleaning came back damaged, the belt to be specific and a strangers item, a child’s T-shirt - which still is in my home as they never collected, was in my delivery but my partners Zara wool T-shirt was missing. I contacted them multiple times to no avail about the strangers garment, my missing item and missing belt buckle. I’m disappointed cause there service was convenient and the quality of work was sufficient and the it went from 100 to 0.

Initially it was a great experience. Fast, fetched right from my door step and I thought was value for moneyHowever upon receipt on my garments, I noted that some of my clothes weren't washed and just rather folded. I had been missing some laundry itemsUnacceptable for a company that's providing a laundry service!Will not be using them any time soon!

Used them for this first time, thought it was very handy for them to come and collect my dress.Website stated that it will only take 48 working hours. After 5 days I had to follow up, which they assured my “without fail” that it will be delivered the next day. The next day come and went, followed up again that night, they guaranteed it will be delivered the following day. I’m still struggling to get my dress back from them.

I've really only had good service from OnTheMove, always with a friendly, re-assuring, we'll take care of you" touch. My laundry is returned fresh and in a good state

Brilliant service. Quick, efficient. My laundry was delivered on time, very happy. The online booking works seamlessly and your driver (Trust) has an amazing personality, full of smiles and laughs!

I used them for 6 months... at first it was great. ...after a few months .. they would send dirty items back.Then I missed clothes... now my last delivery a month ago they lost" my washing. Up to date they avoid the issue. I contacted them a few times and everytime they confirm they lost my items and will get back to me. At point where I dont think they should be in business."

All my WHITE Egyptian Cotton linen came back yellow!! Everything is damaged! White tops came back with yellow stains!Never using them again!Feedback: they rewashed it as per reply below. They had it for three days and it STILL came back with stains and yellowing. When I pointed it out (incl pictures) I was told they would collect AGAIN and rewashed AGAIN (3rd time). I am getting the run around from this company. There is clearly no quality control before good leave store or during washing process. Now I am just getting run around from them, clearly. With all these washes my items are thinning out!Feedback: they replaced everything that was damaged, which was appreciated. (Same quality and sometimes exact same brand and pattern)
