Had a terrible experience yesterday, did not receive the correct order was on the drive-thru. Had to go inside and complain only to be told by their manager that she is doing me a favor to change my order hence i had already paid. Because i’m black had to receive unfair treatment

Their service was fast. The waiters were friendly. Definitely recommend it. I wouldn't mind going there again.

The place was rude and the food bad. We had to pay extra for coke. Our cold drinks was coke zero and because we didn't want coke zero we had to pay more. Eventho the price said different.

You run a special for a Big Mac meal, with oreo mcflurry for R80.00. When i ask for it, they tell me they have no oreo biscuits. So how about replacing the oreo mcflurry with something you have, like a caramel mc flurry. Its not my problem you don't have oreo in stock while running this deal.. Geuss the stock taker, and buyer have no idea whatthey are doing. Also, what is the use of drive through if I have to wait in the parking for my order. I've waited 15 minutes for 1 Grand Classic Chicke . Its pathetic

Excellent service when the restaurant finally opened at 7am, had to wait from 6:30am for my morning routine coffee.But friendly faces and efficient service makes up for the little inconvenience

I think they have new staff that's still a little confused and don't have a lot of knowledge on the menu. Also my burger came with the entire lattice half of the buger was just lattice ,the fries were soggy, oily and tasted like old oil

Takes more than 20 minutes to make 2 boerie stacks. Then they say collect. After 10 mins you still wait. Absolutely have no concern for customers. This is pathetic
