Perfect 10

I wish I saw all these negative reviews on HelloPeter before......Went to Perfect 10 Greenstone Mall on Sat 18th July 2015 and booked a gel fill on my fingers and Gelish paint on my toes.The fill was thick on one side of the nails and thin on the other, they looked like door steps, way too thick and bumpy and the Gellish paint was so bumpy that they did not even have a shine, I asked them why they were so bumpy and the lady shrugged her shoulders , I was charged for the whole mess and left with me needing to book another salon to redo them.I decided to let the owner know what happened and this is when it got very upsetting, I was accused of vulgar language, being disgraceful and rude, this came as a shock and she (Arlene the owner) had me in tears on Sunday morning.Never will I go back.It was a learning curve for me as I should have refused to leave till it was done professionally as that is what we are supposed to be paying for.Tip: If you are not happy, do not leave till it's fixed cause the owner will accuse you and threaten to sue you!

Bad quality nail products.

Worst experience received. Will not be returning to perfect 10 Eden Meadows.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE 2017/12/23- Never have I been to a nail salon and left that unhappy. Firstly when I got there I was asked by an employee named Sharon to come back in 20 minutes as they were apparently running late. I get back only to find out by the owner Arlene they were unable to find my name on their system ( I made a booking a week before hand). Eventually Sharon was able to start on my nails then there were constant interruptions which led to her leaving me unattended and then returning and forgetting where she left off- she forgot to buff my right hand and almost began with the polish ( if I hadn't told her). The owners mother was also present and whilst having her feet done she also complained about the ladies doing her feet asking them not to make a mistake like they did the last time, she kept questioning the employees in front of us customers, the owner Arlene was complaining about one of her other staff by the name of Thuli also in front of me ( I think that should've been done in private when your customers leave). I had asked for an acrylic with normal nail polish ( I do this every month at my regular nail salon). I am aware normal nail polish takes a while to dry BUT definitely not an hour and a half later. I was then stuck with bumpy, smudged and super untidy nails. I returned to the salon and I have never seen an owner such as Arlene so rude and unapologetic that one of her clients were unhappy. she said she did tell me normal nail polish takes a while to dry she shrugged her shoulders and walked away, Sharon then came to me saying she doesn't know why I have a problem as normally their other clients do not have a problem with their nail polish" I asked them to just remove their product from my nails. R475 later I had to go to another salon so the lady could buff and paint again. This was my first and very last experience at Perfect 10 Greenstone and trust me I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.The service is pathetic and disgusting and so are the attitudes of the ladies working there which includes the owner Arlene."

First and last time visiting the Eden Meadows Perfect 10 . Booked a massage and expecting a pleasurable pleasant environment however the smell of chemicals as you enter the door is overwhelming.I asked to check the room to see if it also had a same smell which it did. I would not have managed an hour with the horrid chemical stench. I had even asked for them to light a scented candle but they could not even do that. Upon canceling because of this, the owner just looked angry and upset with me as if I were in the wrong, extremely bad attitude !Clearly the management of this establishment dont believe in creating a pleasurable experience for there patrons.
