Rip off service. On doing a minor service with them they told I needed to replace one wiper blade (which was replaced 3 months ago keeping in mind that the vehicle is parked in a garage most of the time) and a light bulb which cost almost as much as the service. They are like those typical mechanics who rip off women. The guy there that day was a little arrogant and quite abrasive. After having them do my service, my car would not start or struggle starting. They also recorded the wrong section in my service book and did it under severe driving conditions when in fact, for the four years that I had the car the mileage was very low due to hardly using the vehicle. I tried for a while to have them fix this error as it would interfere with my next service dates but eventually gave up after realizing they are not the most professional nor sensible. If there were zero stars... I'd rate them as such.

This is a rip off place , we only used a little space to replace a tracker unit because of the rain.Not one mecanic was near my car only the space because of rain and he bill me R650 what a ripp off human been.Please never came near that place

Poor service, plugs was not correctly fastened after the service was completed. The manager was dishonest about it when I took the vehicle back. Never again taking my vehicle to Bosch bellville. People be aware of this place

Sorry to say but they tried to charge me for things i did not need. Shame on you

Had a car serviced and how helpful they have been.

Received quotation for a service, once booking car in I received a call with a “new” price nearly double original quotation with no extra work being needed. Will not use this branch again.

Prompt feedback and detailed report. No shuttle service offered on booking but is available on request

Stay away! Extremely poor service not just regarding my vehicle but in general. I asked whether they can set the idling and service the car before I took the car to them. They informed that they are able to do both for me. After more than R10 000 spent they still couldn’t set my idling. Disappointed by their workmanship as well as their client service. Think twice before you go here!

Bosch did a Major service for my VW and my expectations were exceeded. The front desk assistant to the mechanics were top notch. Kind, friendly, articulate and compendious. Will stick to them moving forward

Worst service ever..... I rocked up there on Monday morning 13 March 2023 at 07h45 for a service on my car and they said I had to make a booking which I did for the next day, Tuesday 14 March. Came there this morning at 07h30 and they said they still busy with the previous day's cars. They said they can't guarantee that they will finish my car in time and it might have to stay over night.I was highly upset and called the Tygervalley branch and spoke to Frank and he said I can bring my car without a booking. I brought my car at 08h30 and they serviced my car and even washed it and I had my car ready by 17h30.This is the type of service that any customers would live but I will never go back to the Bellville branch.I would suggest that the people that run the Bellville branch should really go for training at the Tygervalley branch. They would really keep customers coming back with such service.Well done to Tygervalley branch and thank you to Frank.#boschtygervalley
