Rude people, except the lady by the men's side she's an absolute angel. Anyone wanting to go here please spare yourself and find another place with much nicer people that 1) enjoy their job 2) want to do their job. Variety of suits. Friendly staff. Warm cosy place.

Staff were so rude today. walked in an hour before closing and were basically told to be quick as they will close at 16h00. No interest in making a sale.

Fantastic service, generous and kind staff. Loved the whole experience. Affordable and good quality suit hire!

We went to Heinz Style full of excitement for my son's girlfriend to try on some dresses for her matric dance.We were directed to the ladies section, where the lady who works there was busy helping 2 young Ladies and doting over them.We waited patiently for some assistance, expecting to be treated in the same manner when it was finally our turn, but nothing.I eventually went to the assistant to ask for help and she basically snubbed us and pointed to some dresses.We went along not knowing the shop and with no help or guidance.My sons girlfriend found some dresses to try on and the lady said that all the change rooms were busy.Eventually the 2 young ladies were finished trying on their dresses and accessories.We were left to our own devices with no cognisance from the shop attendant.She did not comment on the dresses we had chosen and made no attempt to assist us.The change room was dark, no lighting was on.The lovely lady assisting the young men from the mens section of the shop made a nice comment to my sons girlfriend.She was lovely.We left with nothing, but a sad feeling that we were not important enough to be helped and that left us with very sad hearts, after arriving with such excitement and anticipation of being treated like a little princess who was going to find something gorgeous to wear.I spoke to the alterations lady, as the manager was not there and she was extremely apologetic.Left very disappointed.

Was there this morning, was greeted boldly that was nice, sadly that was all that was nice about it. I was the second customer in the shop, the first assistant walked away from us and while my son had the jacket in his arms to compare sizes and styles, the second assistant came to take it away from us, sadly not alot of choice and colours to choose from for an uo market" aestablishment and weirdly i cannot mix suits or sizes. Not a pleasant first time experience and one place i will not recommend."

Such an amazing beautiful shop. If you need to hire a dress or suit this is the place to go . Professional service and you can have alterations done on the dress or suit to fit you perfectly. You can also hire earings crowns and bags . Affordable prices as well , bring it back a few days later.

The place is very professional. However, the receiption was area was empty which lead me and my family sit one side till a staff member appear to help us. The only area where I believe improvement must be made. Rest was good quick service.

Hi ,your service has been very under par I would not expect this from your company at all. Some of your assistants are very rude I quotes none of these will fit you go look over there' this is absolutely shocking. I have read through your reviews and I feel as tho you should be a little more professional with your spelling . You guys have had alot of 1 star reviews and it seems to all be from bad customer service maybe that's something you guys should focus more on I feel as thought it is an oversight on your guys part. If you reply to this I would hope u don't throw shade or hate like you did towards some of your other reviews.

One word LOVE! Heinz dressed me to perfection and I felt like a queen. I would highly recommend Heinz in Style especially if the word 'style' is what you are looking for.
