I got a very bad experience, I bought things online and I got an email that my parcel arrived, mind you I bought it 16 days ago, and when I got to the store they telling me stories that my parcel has not arrived, I wasted my time and fuel to go to the store.Sharlene is the lady who was communicating with me through emails.As I'm sending this email now I haven't got my parcel, I wanted to refund and the staff is telling ke that they can't help me with the refund.Thank you for a bad experience Jam.
