This was unfortunately a terrible experience…. Everybody is on a lunch break from 9am in the morning. Security guards main concern is sipping on his monster energy drink and balancing on his sense of self importance… Doctor is nowhere to be found but am assured that they are in the building. After 3 hours of waiting, patience is thin….
