Most disappointed that I received confirmation that my car was ready for collection after a call late yesterday to confirm all was in order and then after double checking this morning that the car was ready, to then arrive and be encouraged to test drive the car with them full well knowing there was still had problem.I found this to be extremely disrespectful.My last point of dissatisfaction with the customer service at this business is the very apparent disregard for female client.

My Volvo's diff was repaired for R50 000 less than what Volvo quoted for a new diff + labour. Car was received back within 5 days as promised. Diff humming sound is gone and I have done 3 000km since repair. Thus very satisfied with service.

Very helpful, very friendly, very patient. We got good service and they fixed our issue with the gearbox. I would recommended them and I would go back. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the car was very dirty. If they had of washed it before we collected it, that would have been 5 star service.

Friendly and helpfull staff. The place is well maitained, clean and all equipment in good working order. Excellent security. I live the sundowner view from the patio.
