His is the second time I've tried to make us of their service and the second failure on their side. Arrangement was to drop my car off for a service at 7:30 ended up leaving at 7:45 seeing as noone was there to accept my car.Avoid them at all cost, you'll save yourself lots of frustration

just simple maintenance can't do well. keep looking at your exhaust system. some important and expensive part will be missing. like your catalytic convertor.

The best car service place I've been to. The staff are all so friendly and serve quality services to both myself and my family members. We have been with them for years.

It's terrible. Feels like leaving your car with the mechanics by the side of the road. The difference would only be the bosch branding.Their diagnostics are not accurate and they make you change parts in hopes of resolving your car problems but the problems are never resolved.

After having my car serviced and brakes replaced, it had an oil leak due to not replacing the sump plug washer. And 3 months later, I replaced the brakes AGAIN. The screeching was unbearable, I had to.I was charged for brake disc skimming. On inspection by the new technician, it was found that the discs were never skimmed and only new brake pads fitted to press against the worn surface of the existing brake discs.The oil leak was rectified by Bosch, thank you. But it cost me another trip to the shop. When the brakes became unbearably loud, I didn't bother going back. Customer lost. Cannot recommend at all.

The worst experience I've had with a service provider. One of the reasons I was there was Discovery. My car battery had died. All they did was recharge when they should have replaced. So I was stuck again!. It looked and felt like a ' chop shop'. Not up to Discovery standards at all! I will Never recommend or use them ever again!

Service done with no issues and great customer service

very disappointed , I took my BMW for a service and had to take it back for a rattle in the engine, they didn't put the engine cover back on right, then in peak hour traffic i got stuck for the first time in my life, when they did my service they replaced my diesel filter and they didn't fit the new one correctly and it came loose and all my diesel ran out and i was stuck. I had to pay for my car to be towed.

I am sitting in my car right now and I am not happy at all. My first concern was the fact that I had not received any calls during the day to update me on the status of my car, specifically for the concerns that I had during my booking. Secondly there is no professionalism whatsoever, which creates an environment that throws one off completely. Thirdly my car sounds are worse than they were before, I do not feel comfortable driving my car at all. Feel like taking it straight to it's manufacturer. Never again!! This branch is horrible!! I have used bosch in sunninghill before and never received such, I actually thought I was taking it there.
