Incredible Connection N1 City Mall

Went into this store this morning, around 10AM, while all staff members were seriously inactive and not helpful to the point that not even a greeting was given when I asked for assistance.Daryl however, fresh & kind, friendly & efficient assisted me with ease & I walked out with just a little more than I went in for. Please give this man his praise & a bells!

Stood around waiting to be served by the one employee on the floor for over 20 minutes. Would have left, but I had phoned and asked for stock to be reserved. Other employees resurfaced from the back as if they had been on break. I was approached twice by other customers asking if I work there...

My go-to store, always better prices and loads of special. The staff are great, friendly and always helpful and when i shop i get Ucount points, bonus all the way.

Good customer service and I received good advice and input on a Laptop. I ultimately decided to buy the laptop and I'm very satisfied with my Asus Tuf FX506 15 gaming laptop.

Had extremely good service there. Was gonna put 4 stars but actually, coming to think of it and after a really good after-sales experience I am glad to put 5 stars. Have nothing negative to say about this shop. The issues I had previously were not due to their strict regulations but simply because of covid regulations which they have been adhering to as all genuine businesses should. The sales personnel know their products and will not hesitate to point out a cheaper product if that is the one that will suite your needs better.and the manager is always open to discuss any issues you might have and solve it in a friendly and understanding manner.. what more can you ask once you know the product? Beats any online facility to me...Anyway, thank you all for a great service over the past few weeks from myself And my kids And my wife.Have a great productive year furtherJN O'Connor.

Would've given no stars If I could! Pathetic service. Useless staff. This store can actually close its doors.

Friendly staff , and good customer services they approach you from the door. Definitely i will do business with them over and over.
