The Oasis Thai Spa

Not impressed with this spa experience.The place has a smell, they can atleast have some scented candles and oilsWe were offered a glass of tap water but the ad said free complimentary drink??I do not recommend this one

We went for a massage special advertised on the website. We asked about it on the phone when we booked and it was confirmed that we could get it. When we got there we were told that it's an old special but it's fine we can have it. Then again after we were done, the same conversation. Made us feel bad but that is what we budgeted for. Also the staff should communicate with each other. It was unnecessary to have the conversation twice.My massage was inconsistent and not great. I have been to many other massage parlours and this was honestly the worst. My husband's massage was good. We had our phones on silent but our therapists did not. There were message tones going off constantly which was really annoying. My massage therapist felt the need to comment on my weight which just left me feeling awful.The toilet had no proper light, no soap, no paper towels. There was a towel next to the shower which had been used. I ended up wiping the water on my dress.Despite the lovely decor and atmosphere, it was not a good experience for me and I will not return.

It was fine but I sort of expected more given it’s reputation. I’ve had more memorable Thai massages.

After being disappointed at the first spa I actually booked for more than 2weeks ago, I called in at Oasis the same day, luckily I managed to get a slot booked, It was a Life Saver moment after being stressed out, I become at easy again my mom's enjoyed the Spa although it not the same for both of them.The receptionist was lovely, and a Big Shout out to Marley and Abagail, Thank You ladies...!

My experience: the receptionist couldn't find" my booking

It was a great experience for the first time. I chose a medium thai massage. I'll probably do, a hard next time. We were called an hour before to confirm our appointment, and we were told to arrive a few minutes before the actual appointment. We arrived 11 minutes before the appointment. And had to wait 45 minutes before they could start. The lady from the reception came to explain that, they were running late, but they didn't say how late. She offered us ginger tea, whilst we were waiting.

Me and my friend and our baby girl we had the most amazing experience at the spa. Thanks to the front lady Anita she welcomed in a warm way. Our therapist was the best. Thanks Oasis. 5 stars to you from me Lerato and Zama

Had an amazing experience. The body scrub and massage was wonderful. My body has never felt so smooth and relaxed. Keep up the good work

My partner and I didn’t have a good experience here. Our therapists weren’t great. Mine felt like they didn’t have experience at all, lacked technique. The facility itself it’s nice.
