Very poor service. Brought in my daughter’s IPad for repair and they told me they could not fix it. Only to discover later that they had damaged the motherboard and battery in the process of repairing the IPad. I was so upset and contemplating reporting them for this issue.

Excellent and friendly service. They had a battery for my 11-year-old Mac in stock and replaced it in half an hour on a Saturday morning. Very positive first contact and very impressed with the service and professionalism. Absolute recommend.

1 year review after iphone 7 plus battery replacement. The iphone is no longer holding its charge properly seems to be a bad quality battery as it is worse than a 7 year old apple battery. PHone is now dying at 30 %. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very unprofessional & poor service all around. Make clients wait for payment & little communication around pay-outs. Definitely wouldn't recommend using them.Also, how do you expect customers to pay for devices when they buy but as a business, you expect clients to wait for payments even though you take the device in?

Iphone repair booked in and advised that a screen needed replacement. The fault that was clearly explained persisted, and they insist that there's nothing wrong with the phone. Not the kind of service one expects from this type of company.
