So I accidently posted a review intended for another business with a very similar name to Heinz Auto in Worcester.BUT... Heinz found me and contacted me to make sure, even after I realised my mistake and removed the review from his profile, if I am sure that I didnt maybe receive sub par service from them. He sourced my contact details somehow and showed true concern.This is the essence of true costumer relationship! Not being perfect all the time, but being ready to try and make things beter if there ever was a slip up.I have not been here, but I am amazed by the customer service, showing true concern, wanting every client that walk through their door to be happy / satisfied with their service!I say to you Mr Heinz, WELL DONE in doing what 90% of businesses fail to do... and that is simply to care.Will gladly recommend your business to anyone
