The worst after-sales service. Truly terrible, I have been trying to order one small part for nearly four weeks. I have spoken to the sales guy who sold me the car, who simply stopped responding, literally started ignoring me. Then I spoke to someone in the parts department who promised he'd get back to me, still waiting. I then spoke to the manager of the parts department, who promised he'd email me a quote. That was two weeks ago, still no quote. They are incredibly eager and lovely when you're buying a car, but good luck if you need anything after that.

Brandon and Corene were amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle.They did not bombard me with whatsapp messages, calls, etc every 10 minutes and also did not make me feel like I had to go through with the purchase simply because I've made enquiries. While I understand that after sales is important, I also believe the encounter you have with a brand/dealership at the beginning plays an important part in your decision to recommend them to others and/or purchase from them in future. I couldnt recommend Brandon more!

My experience with this dealership was the worst. I took my car in twice for the same issue, only to have it returned to me with missing parts. Despite addressing the problem with the service manager, the dealership refused to take responsibility. I strongly recommend choosing any other Kia dealership instead.

Kia Tygervalley certainly sets the bar high for car dealerships. Deavin and Corene made my car-buying experience smooth and the entire process felt effortless. They care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile. After having visited numerous dealerships, I can honestly say that Kia Tygervalley is one the few that truly deliver excellent customer service.

Ordering parts from this dealership is a nightmare. The salesmen are great and know their stuff, however the system is terrible. Parts cannot be collected until EFT payments have cleared in the company account. An immediate proof of payment should be proof enough.

They should have just said we don't want your money". Used car guy doesn't give his name...I have to introduce myself while on the test drive. Car was filthy inside...told "it came in 2 days ago
