I will never go anywhere else. My poor little baby was so sick. The Dr and staff took care of her even through the two nights. They made sure she had everything she needed. Luckily she only stayed two nights and came home. She was washed, nails clipped and back to her lively self. So professional, reliable, affordable and vigilant. 10 out of 5.

Did not want to help in an emergency. I phoned and said that we need help, because we live 45 min away we would arrive 5 minutes after closing and asked if they will be able to assist us as it was an emergency they refused to wait 5 minutes for us nor were they able/willing to assist us with a number of a vet that could assist. The receptionist gave the impression that she could not care less. I'm very disappointed in them as I have been taking my pets there for years, and in the past would recommend them without hesitation, I'm not used to this lack of compassion and unwillingness to assist a dog in pain from them. Not sure if the receptionist or vet or both are to blame for our unfortunate experience. Luckily my dog is fine as another vet 100km away was willing to come open his practice for us after hours and help.

Great service and cheapest in Witbank!Warmest of greetings from the receptionists. Didnt have to wait too long to see the vet. They checked our dog properly and booked her in to stay over for 2 nights of which they took great care of her and gave us daily updates on her condition. They did not even charge for the overnight stay, only for the medication used. Will highly recommend them.
