I had a windscreen replaced by the Outsurance appointed Company -autoboys .They contacted me and advised the fitment would be done on Fríday morning . They then advised placement only to be on Mondaý as they had to source the screen. The installers installed the glass at .2 .We were advised to let the glass stay taped for 4 hours . We parked on the driveway.We removed the tape the next morning and then noticed a faint scratch of 20 cm on the drivers side . In addition there was a tiny chip below the scratch. Photos we taken before we moved the car .They came out and looked at the .glass They took photos , and were very helpful . They stated they had not checked the glass before installation or after installation . The car was in the shade overnight. The next morning the scratch was visible in the sunlight .. I called them back and they insinuated I picked up a stone on the windscreen, while it stood in the driveway? The glass was dropped by them before installing it . They said they will fix the chip on a new call at my expense .This unpleasant incident has left me no choice but to reject the offer to fix at my expense and i wilL be contacting Outsurance so they can have the windscreen replaced by a moře efficient Company at The expense od Outsurance.Candice Sharbodien has all the information,

I have tried Autoboys to obtain a quote for a windscreen replacement. No response despite giving my details multiple times, numerous frustrating follow up calls that get cut off or left unanswered, all promises made not kept. Worst customer experience in a while. At a par with government!

Used Autoboys twice and absolutely love their work and service. The staff are friendly and professional at all times. When my car goes in for a service they do the repair at the place of service and sort everything out with the insurer. It's really stress-free and convenient. Love your work!

Terrible service. They gave me a completely wrong amount payable for excess, I had to call my insurer to confirm the correct amount. They arrived for fitment without notifying me of the fitment date and location. Had to call and enquire twice, they never got back to me about a new date for fitment after promising to get back to me. I will be reporting this to my insurer.

Building has no signage. Service was fantastic.

Worst service and experience ever - Pretoria brach, lavender road. I will not punish someone by ever recommending Autoboys. I had to return 4 times for them to correctly replace my windscreen. From the start, they even ordered the wrong windscreen and I had to prolong my stay in Pretoria for them to wait for the part. I am a woman driving alone, living far away, and for months on end I did not feel safe to drive due to the horrible job they did replacing the windscreen. The wind noice was so excessive. Even after retuning the third time, the rubbers started peeling out while driving, it was so unsafe! All apart from the fact that they damaged my car trying to help me, now I have to wait for parts again!This complaint will be going to my insurance as well, not to make use of Autoboys for claims.

Terrible service you wait firstly 10 min just to speak to someone in parts, then you speak to sales people thats so overloaded that they dont know if they are coming or going and dont have a clue whats going on around them constant wrong parts being delivered no feedback on queries.

Autoboys Groblersdal branch is the most useless branch. I have advised AS Taxi that this is the worse business move they ever made.Hai cut.
