On 22 September 2021 I contacted Androware, asking them for assistance regarding repairs on a Disston Inverter welder I bought a couple of years ago. Not only did they collect the welder from me in Midrand (they are located in Chloorkop, Gauteng), but today (29 September 2021) I received a call from Terence, one of their technicians, that the welder is fixed and that they will be delivering it to me still today.. This is beyond awesome service and almost totally unheard of today. Thank you very much Dwayne, Terence and the other staff at Androware..
