Am so Disappointed with the service at Home Choice.still waiting for them to come and collect their wrong order and i want my refund.The consultants dont even have customer service have been calling and sending emails but nothing. Some one sent me a message a week ago saying they will come and collect the Parcel but don't know when so mean while i must wait i don't know till when to get my Refund

The products at HomeChoice are very durable and of high quality, I’ve had beddings, comforters, sheets and curtains-most of these were bought 7years ago but the quality is still so good. I highly recommend

I reported a item I bought that's faulty. A month later they collected item for repairs. Now almost two months later still waiting for them to repair it. Worst, pathetic service ever. Won't recommend anyone to purchase from. Homechoice. Their consultants just as bad. Pathetic service.

I thought the Consumer Protection Act protected against these harassing phone calls from telemarketers. I'm going to lay a complaint about this company. I haven't even purchased anything from these scammers and yet they somehow found me.

Worst receptionist ever.. grumpy and not helpful.Sending me to receiving area to deliver flowers to a colleague who sat 3 meters in her office...the receiving guys was ..p..at her for sending me to him .. Freakshow

My mother received a damaged fridge when their transport delivered it we send them pictures but they couldn't be bother but they quick to phone you to buy but not quick to give you customer service my mother have been phoning for more than a month now. They keep saying will follow up but they doing nothing at all....they not even worth one star....

You are literally harassed by their telemarketers! After making your monthly payment, you will receive a call to confirm when you will make your next payment which is due the following month. You receive daily calls about their promotions. Weeks before your payment is due, you will receive calls to remind you about payment. After numerous attempts to cancel marketing subscriptions they will still call you.Please DO NOT purchase anything with them. You will be harassed! Trust me!!!My wife is trying to change her number!

I have dealt with a lot of companies, but this by far has been my worst experience. Customer Service is non-existent.I spoke to a manger called Lila who assured me she would follow up on my repair of a UPS I purchased. This had been a UPS that I had dropped off in Wynberg 2 and half months ago with no communication from Home Choice. Lila never bothered to call me back (Though she promised she understood my frustration and would get back to me). When I called back in for a third time (becasue no one had called me), Lila said the agent I was speaking to, must tell me to call the Wynberg branch becasue they will have more information.Excuse me! You were supposed to follow-up on my repair and call me back to tell me what the status is. What kind of people work for Home Choice??? I am utterly appalled by the level of unprofessionalism.Rest assured Home Choice, I will NEVER buy anything from you again. You don't even deserve a 1-star.

Terrible company. Have never bought anything there and never will. Someone stole my identity in 2021 and ordered goods worth R9000 from Homechoice. I disputed the debt with Homechoice and their debt collectors. They didn't want to listen. Just wanted the money. Now they have just sold" my debt to another debt collector who called me for the money. Surely it's dishonest to sell something which you never owned in the first place?!"
