Good honest service, well priced

I had my WV Caddy serviced by Nicholas and the Mark's Auto team, their attention to detail is amazing. I explained the sound that I heard and Nicholas immediately told me what it was, the car was service and brakes done, light replace and ready for me to get on with life in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Nicholas and his Team at Mark's Auto!

Dishonest and unreliable! They replaced my Crank shaft sensor 3 years ago and I have been having issues ever since. I phoned them a couple months later and they assured me it was a new part from Korean auto spares. Other mechanics kept saying it needs replacing but i refused as I knew it was a new part. I took my car to a different mechanic after it broke down recently and he discovered the part was in fact never replaced and the original broken part was still inside my engine! They charged me for a job never done!

I do not recommend you take your vehicle to these guys until they change their attitude. Be VERY careful about what you request done and what you write on the job card, they will hold you to it...even if it's only an assumption to what you think it might be even before they diagnose the fault!Pray that they do a good job the first time, because if there's any issues after that...it's your word against theirs...Also if like me you're gatvol and decide to take your vehicle for a second opinion after the problem is still not solved...it says on the invoice that you're warranty is void.Mark's Auto is under new management!
