After hail damage to my car in October 2021 the 5-7 day job landed up taking 2.5 weeks. On collection, after the quality control check" we had to wait a further 2.5 hours whilst they cleaned all the paint overspray

Haven't got my car back so can't rate that but have to give them 5 stars for honesty. My husband left his wallet in the car when we dropped it off - in plain sight on the console. We went back the following morning and the wallet was still there, with all the money and cars. I know honesty shouldn't need to be pointed out but I feel in this case it is warranted.

They try their best to accommodate the customer. Even though they are not always successful. Was told that my car will take 5-8 working g days to fix. Took them 17 working days. I was not told why it took more than double the initial time communicated.At least they send you texts to update you on the progress of your vehicle.
