One of my favourite preloved stores. I've bought and sold clothes from them for over 2 years (the old and new store at Blueberry Square). I always find quality items, quality brands and love that it is reasonably priced. Some staff members are a bit rude/unwelcoming, but I've learnt to just look past it.

I was shocked by how rude the staff is. All three of the ladies I spoke to, including the Receptionist were so rude. I will definitely never set foot at this store, and I wouldn't advice anyone to either.

So I have been going to your store for years now, buying and selling. I just wanted to bring to your attention that I feel your staff are just getting ruder and even more abrupt with your clients (just what I have observed while shopping) maybe you could just remind them that it’s us the consumers that are keeping your store open and provide them with jobs and salaries at the end of the day. It is just getting more unpleasant to go into your store of late. Use it don’t use it ….

The rigid pricing schedule irrespective of quality or condition should be noted on website. This would prevent sellers wasting time and fuel to be offered the most ridiculous prices as per the inflexible pricing schedule. Not necessary for sellers to come to the store and be told to sell privately. I personally was not expecting to be paid close to true value ...an insult quite frankly

Absolute rip off when trying to sell food quality clothing to this store. Was not expecting retail price but to be paid R10 and R15 for clothing that still had price tags on them or clothing from stores like Zara that had been worn once is ridiculous. You should be ashamed at offering this to people that want to use your service. Better off donating these clothes to charities than supporting this place.

The attitude of the staff was so bad I had to leave, I was not impressed, save yourself the trip and don't shop here. To be clear I didn't try taking any advantage over any of the staff members.Also my review is to serve the purpose of warning others, not to instigate a response from the owner.

I drove from quite far to sell some very good quality clothes to them. I paid more in petrol costs getting to them.than what they offered to pay for my goods.On average they offered me only R10 to R20 per item... So if like me ...you have good quality clothing to sell & need a reasonable price for them...Best not to sell to them.
