Once again the Cashier was busy chatting to her friend and ignored the Customers up until the staff that was making the Pizzas in the back asked her to serve us. Thr guys name at the is Siyanda. I will surely not purchase from Debonairs Vryheid again. I think thr owner does not care about Customers but only care about the Customers money. I will surely not purchase from here again. Disgusting Service

Poor customer service! After waiting for 30mins I went to enquire about my order and it was not done and they had to rush it and I was told they didn't have bases but I think they missed my order. I called for the manager & she didn't come to me she went and prepared the pizza herself. I had to rush to work and left everything and I was swerving the manager came with the most horrible pizza ever and I only noticed when I got home that it didn't have the sweet chilli sauce as requested... It was not well done. Am so disappointed!

Worst experience, I always get my oder after an hour. in most cases I get a cold pizza. When I call the store they are always rude and they don't offer any assistance. I blame myself for always expecting them to do better, it's always the same if not worse.

Worst Debonairs history. They don't give you what you've ordered even though you've paid for it. Management doesn't care and they send you from pillar to post when you want to find out why your order is wrong. The store doesn't address us correctly or warn us when there's no stock on a certain item. They completely ignore you. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone. Rather take your money elsewhere, where you will get what you pay for. I feel robbed and disgusted everytime I buy in Debonairs Vryheid. Never again!

The service was way too slow. It took 45min for it to arrive on the shelf and further for someone to come give it to us. It was month end Saturday and only one cashier working on till, it was really an annoying wait and terrible service! Poor poor service!
