Absolutely pathetic customer service. I was quoted for printing on 2 t-shirts that I bought on my own. When I first got there I was told that they could not crop the picture that I wanted and that I needed to do this on my own and then send it to them. I made a second trip to the store with my picture cropped and ready to email to them, however due to loadshedding and the network being down it took abit longer. As I was explaining to the employee that was assisting me where exactly on the shirt I wanted my image, the owner comes from the back and tells me I need to pay him an extra R200 per shirt as a designing fee and that I'm paying for the time his employee spent with me. Firstly I bought my own shirts, secondly you are a printing store that cannot even crop pictures,lastly it would have costed me R640 just to print a simple design on the back of 2 shirts. When I questioned this and made him aware that this wasn't what he quoted me for initially, over the phone and in person , the owner replied sympathetically as if I could not afford this. This experience was horrible and disgusting.

Absolutely amazing service and product. Last minute order and they helped me on the same day. Thank you Richard and team for your great service .

I called to make an enquiry and whoever I spoke to was rude, unfriendly and abrupt. I would never do or recommend anyone else to do business with a company whose frontline person answering the phone behaves like that!

The WORST service we have ever received!!! I gave them shirts to print for Christmas presents and they said they would have them ready before Christmas. I didn't hear anything back from our last conversation regarding the prints. We tried to get hold of them today (day before christmas) and there's no one there to help us. Their website says they're open until 1pm today. There are going to be family members who won't receive Christmas presents now! So disappointed!!! We will NEVER use their business again!

Wonderful! I received considerate and personal attention, and my DtG T-shirt print came out beautifully! Highly recommended.
