My experience today does not deserve a star. Went to Steers craving for ribs. The lady seemed in a hurry or I was too slow for her to choose. She excused herself and her colleague took over. Another loudly cautioned him that ribs were still frozen and were not to take orders. Sadly I had to live and go find another branch. Lucky me other areas experiencing load shedding meant I had driven all that far for nothing. I am concerned really with jobs so scarce and people being turned away is this a normal life. So disappointed

No system in place waiting on an hour for an order. Phoned through the order people who walked in and ordered directly from the cashiers got their orders before me even though they arrived after me. Jumping of orders totally digusted with this system in place. Will check what food tastes like

The worst steers in S.A. Wrong food delivered twice. Half an order delivered. Management sit on the couch and don't deal with the pathetic service. Sat 7 of April 2018 at 15H10. Check cams. Phone order system the worst ever.

Nice and clean, not crowded. The two ladies who helped me were very friendly and even laughed at my jokes (they're not like the ones at Steers KWT)My order didn't take long, maybe it's because I visited in mid-morning on a Saturday, but still I didn't wait for long to receive it.My concern though, I think the area used to eat is a bit small, I don't know how they manage when its busy, or maybe they share the space with Debonairs.

The taste of the food is the same at all Steers as it’s the franchise standard. For quick bites at reasonable prices this is the place to stop at. They offer delicious burgers, subs, chips and more. They also offer daily specials like the famous “Wacky Wednesday” which gives you to rave burgers for the prices one.
